Providence Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks

Mayor Brett Smiley and the City of Providence Department of Art, Culture and Tourism presents Providence’s annual Independence Day celebrations!
On July 2nd, at 5:30 PM, the observance will kick off, with fun-filled activities (for all ages,) live music, and a fireworks exhibition beginning at 9:00 PM. The celebration will be held at India Point State Park. This commemoration of our Nation’s birth is free and open to the public.
